SHARON KING
Racing Manager
accounts@ameliaparkracing.com.au
0448 494 828
Sharon was born into racing, coming from a long line of jockeys and trainers, with her grandfather being the legendary Reg Treffone.
The breeding side of racing has always been Sharon's passion, and she began dabbling in sales in the early 2000s selling horses to Singapore and Hong Kong. She also spent time working for Thoroughbred Breeders WA.
A shared interest in breeding led to Sharon coming on board as Peter's Racing and Breeding Manager over a decade ago, and her name has become synonymous with the Amelia Park brand.
Her biggest achievement is breeding Lady Cosmology, who earned over $700,000, including a Group 2 win. Her second foal by Zoustar sold for $1.3 million at the Gold Coast Magic Millions.

Jarrod's equestrian journey began at an early age, finding himself on a pony as soon as he could walk. He cut his teeth in showjumping, guided by his father, a well-known figure in the equestrian world, before naturally transitioning into the racing industry.
In his teens and early twenties, Jarrod worked for some of WA's leading stables, travelling horses around the country and contributing to several Group 1 successes. He later established his own successful operation, where he built a reputation for excellence.
Over 30 years of experience as a breaker, educator, and trainer, Jarrod has worked with both racing and equestrian horses. He held a trainer's license for more than 20 years before making the move to Amelia Park. Now, he brings his wealth of knowledge to every aspect of the operation, always ensuring the highest standards of care and attention to detail for the horses in his care.

JORDAN SPRLYAN
Yearling Manager
manager@ameliaparkracing.com.au
0458 683 058
After starting riding lessons at the age of four, it was clear that Jordan’s early obsession with horses wasn’t going to be a ‘phase’. Starting out in dressage before transitioning to show horse, she competed successfully for nearly a decade, representing WA at national competitions on several occasions.
Although always interested in racing, Jordan didn’t have much experience in the industry until she was offered a job doing yearling prep when she finished school. Numerous stud and stable roles followed whilst she completed university, working for some of the state’s leading trainers and studs.
Jordan’s greatest racing thrill was when her first ever yearling purchase went on to win three in a row as a two-year-old before selling to Hong Kong. Now at Amelia Park alongside partner Jarrod, she plays a key role in the farm’s operations, bringing her wide range of skills together to benefit the property and business.

Where success breeds success.
