Toropa scores first-up for new stable

Toropa scored another first-up victory on Saturday when beating Golden Vale by a long neck. Her sixth victory from just ten starts, it was her first run for the SJ Miller yard after being transferred from the stables of Vernon Brockman following his calling time on a six decades long career.

The 4YO mare Toropa (Toronado / Europa Point) was a $230,000 purchase from the Amelia Park draft at the 2022 Perth Magic Millions Sale for Brockman and a band of longtime owners.
