Amelia Park finished the 24/25 racing season on a high at the final meeting at Bunbury on the 31st July with promising pint-sized filly Girls On Fire (Better Than Ready / Amelia’s On Fire) finally breaking through for her maiden win.
The Michael Lane two-year-old clinched the win at her final two-year-old start before the clocked ticked over into her three-year-old season the following day. Unlucky not to have won earlier in the season, the stable was confident she would be able to deliver after showing her ability when finishing fourth in the Magic Millions 2YO Classic at Pinjarra in February.
On The Track
As owners, we enjoyed a standout season, celebrating 13 individual winners for a total of 21 wins. We raced across four different states, and were represented in both Australia and New Zealand. In total, Amelia Park runners amassed over $4 million in prize money, a credit to the trainers and teams that dedicate their time to our horses.

Amelia Park Graduates
It was equally rewarding to watch so many graduates of our farm succeed throughout this season. We cheers home 10 individual winners who combined for 14 wins.
In The Sales Ring
Finally, our season was highlighted by the sale of Amelia’s Jewel for $3.8 million to Coolmore Australia at the Inglis Chairman’s Sale. Our sales ring success culminated in over $5 million in sales.
None of these successes would be possible without the effort and support of our trainers, jockeys, stable staff and the dedicated team at Amelia Park Farm. Their hard work means that each and every horse passing through the farm is given every opportunity to reach their full potential.
The 24/25 season may have come to a close, but the new season is just beginning!
